Should you splurge for Organic?

I would love to eat organic and natural foods 100% of the time, but feeding a family on a budget and living in a small town makes this impossible.  However, there are times when organics ARE affordable and sometimes cheaper than traditional grocery items.  If you look for sales and really search out coupons for organics, it is possible to work some organics and natural items into your daily diet.

I found this list of the "Dirty Dozen" in the October issue of Fitness Magazine.  It lists the 12 produce items that are most likely to chemically contaminated.  These tems ARE WORTH paying a little extra for the organic variety if it is available where you live.  (If you live in Florida, South Texas, or California, you have no idea what I am talking about, as all produce is always available at a low price.  Lucky you!)
