Homemade Sushi that tastes great!

One thing I really miss about living in a larger city is food variety. I love Sushi, and don't eat it often now that I live in a rural area. Even if there was a sushi place close by, it is rather pricey for our current family budget. Thank goodness I found this amazing product! Annie Chun's Sushi Wraps!
I found this kit at Wal Mart the last time I went. I think it was priced about $2.75 and I used a $1 coupon from Mambo Sprouts. It makes 12 big pieces you can stuff with anything you like. I used red bell pepper, cucumber, sesame seeds and carrot as that is what I had on hand. Yum! Really fixed my sushi craving!
