I discovered a new coupon rule at Homeland today that I am not too thrilled about. The checker (and the manager) said you can only use 1 of each of identical, internet printed coupons. Ones that are not internet printed can be used as many times as you like. Ugh! She has alread scanned 2 of my duplicates, but did not take 2 of my IP's for Peter Pan. There's $2 I lost. I still purchased the items because they counted toward my ConAgra catalina. I now I have done this before, but I guess they are enforcing this "new rule" now due to fraud.
Either way, it was a pretty good trip AND I got my $5 on your next shopping order catalina. I have a goal of getting the % at the bottom of the tapeto be 75% off. I hve only surpassed it once. This trip I saved 70%, not too shabby.
Here's my run down:
4x Marie Callenders Pasta Al Dente $2.50 each = $10 - 3x $.75 Q's doubled =$5.50 for 4
Hiland Dairy Sour Cream $1.25- $.45 IP doubled = $.35
Wishbone Dressing $1.66-$.75 IP doubled = $.16
2x Chinet Casuals Cups $2.19 each = $4.38 - 2x $1 IP doubled = $.38 for 2
2x Eddy's Ice Cream $1.99 each = $3.98
***This great was a sale specific to my store. These should have been FREE but I forgot to hand over my 2 Q's! Ugh! Will make another trip this week for free ice cream, that's a guarantee!
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter $1.79 -$.75 IP doubled = $.29
8 Continent Soy Milk $2.99 -$1 doubled = $1.99
Bananas $.53/lb = $.64
2 Glade spray $.99 each = $1.98 - $.75 doubled = $.48 for 2
3 Peter Pan $1.50 each = $4.50 - 2 x $.50 doubled = $2.50 for 3
Mt Olive Relish $1.79 - $.75 doubled = $.04
19 items = $19.84 with tax
Recieved $5 Catalina
Cost= $14.84
Not bad, but not my best!
